blog I will share with you 4 week easy workout, you can do on your home, you
don't need to go outside and anywhere. So without wasting time lets start.
Follow this exercise everyday. And you will
really see improvement on overall your body.
- Plank.
Plan is one of the best and easy or perfect exercise
to improve and strong your abdominal muscles, because its work on your core
part and that means its focus on your whole body. Plank helps to strong your
spine, rhomboids and trapezius and
abdominal muscles also, and also help to strong your body posture.
- Push ups.
Push ups are
also great exercise, they work on triceps,
pectoral muscles, and shoulders, When you do pushups properly, they also focus
on your lower back and core, They really helpful exercise to fit body.
- Squats
Squats is also
beneficial exercise, its help to building your leg muscles, and get strong your
leg and improve muscles mass. Squats are really easy and best exercise for the
whole body.
- Jumping Jacks.
Jumping jack is also great, best and easy exercise and also target your whole body part. Jumping jacks have many benefits, Like. Its good for your heart health, helps to build stronger muscles, also helps to losing body weight, help to build bones strong, and soo many others benefits. Its also improve your stability and stamina.
